For The People Insurance Group ("FTPIG," "we," "us") sends text messages to individuals who have submitted a request for information about health insurance coverage (ACA, private, or Medicare plans) through our website. Messages include:

• Follow-up on your requested insurance quote
• Appointment and consultation scheduling
• Plan comparison information and enrollment deadline reminders
• Account or coverage-related updates if you become a client

2. Message Types

This program sends marketing and informational messages only. We do not send messages soliciting payment, requesting sensitive financial information, or related to any product other than insurance services offered by FTPIG.

3. Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained when you check the consent checkbox and submit our web form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. You may still request a quote by phone or email without opting into SMS.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and stage in the quote process, up to 4 messages per month.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

6. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
