Do I need an insurance license?
Yes. Every role here requires a state insurance licence before you take calls. You do not need it to apply: qualified candidates are shown the licensing process and study resources for their state, and we tell you the timeline.
Is this inbound or outbound?
Inbound. People call because they are already looking for help. There is no day of cold calling strangers.
Is this commission based?
Compensation is based on production. Eligible commissions are paid according to carrier schedules, and some can be paid daily after qualifying client draft dates. We go through it in detail in the conversation, not on a web page.
Can I work remotely?
Qualified team members can work remotely on the same systems, training and support as the office. Most people start in the office in Houston.

What hours are required?
Monday to Friday, 36 hours a week, inside 9 AM to 8 PM Eastern. The application asks whether that works for you.

Yes, and it is done by people who take the calls themselves: hands-on training, live coaching while you learn, scripts and systems, and ongoing development.
How quickly can I start?
It depends on licensing. Every role starts once your licence and carrier appointments are complete and training is done. We tell you the timeline for your state in the conversation.

No. Coachable, dependable and willing to learn matters more than a background in insurance.
